The Eels have opened their season with back-to-back losses, sparking questions about just how back their premiership curse can get.
Has their curse become so entrenched they could be usurped by a team that doesn’t exist?

Umm since when does 2 losses lead to season over? 2015 Cowboys lost 3? 2008 Manly lost first 2? Plus it is 33% chance of making semi's after losing your first 2, but it has been done. This is one of the worst articles i have read in a while, he says opens the door for North Sydney but how? Plus mentions we couldn't beat a team cheating the cap, ummmm yeah that is why they won as they world class players all over the park? Had it been Melbourne with no Slater and Smith and still cannot win then fair enough, but that call he made was dreadful. Poor article.
