Eels of Old Return!

Combined with a some dubious refereeing calls in the 1st half by Pereanara and the touch judge and mixed with some Eels of Old ( flat, error ridden, 1 out running) it looks likely that the Eels will succumb to another defeat in Canberra. This loss will see the Eels slip out of the top 8. There are also some concerns about Blake Ferguson ( ribs) Mitchell Moses (finger) when they confront a West/Tigers side in there very first game at Bankwest Stadium! It would be interesting to see how many games the Eels have won under the refereeing of Peranara!

    • Gee, I hope not Slugg or we are in big trouble!

  • Its also interesting that the Raiders are up out of their line extremely quickly! Perhaps theyve been doing sprint drills or maybe theyve been inside the 10 quite a lot.

  • Can't win with so many errors. This is ridiculous!

  • Jersey flegg???

    Canterbury cup ???

    First grade ???

    Who coaching these teams

  • Canberra have just belted them into submission. Study of how quick canberra are getting of there line would be " interesting".

    • Perhaps Canberra are coming off their line just too quick, ( maybe inside the 10) and getting away with it.

    • Raiders playing out of their skins.  Haven’t seen them defend like this for a decade or two

  • Obviously we haven’t played well tonight but if you can’t see the improvement in the squad conceding 3 tries with all that ball then you are a deadset Mong.

    • Very nice comment Michael! Im more than sure I can see whats going on in the game against the Raiders! Regardless of the possession of the opposition the Eels are still digressing from where they have started in 2019! They were fortunate to get a win against a heavily depleted Sharks team and tonight they are playing (flat, 1 out football, predictable attacking structures,) and basically very boring football. They are now out of the top 8 and have the possibility of Ferguson injured and Moses to the list! Have you been watching the same game Michael?
