Timana Tahu and Nathan Hindmarsh have both been named to take on the Roosters in this Saturday's trial on the central coast.
It will be the first time Tahu has turned out for the Eels since re-joining the club, as he has been serving out a suspension prior to this game.
Nathan Hindmarsh has been named despite being troubled by a wrist injury.
Players added to that squad, who weren't in the Penrith team are Brendan Oake, Tom Humble, Anthony Mitchell and Etu Uaisele.
Jarryd Hayne, Daniel Mortimer and Ben Smith will miss the game after copping injuries in the Panther's match.
It's probably fair to say that this match will decide a couple of positions. Kris Keating and Jeff Robson are probably battling for the number seven jersey while Ben Smith's injury may open up a spot on the bench. Brendan Oake is the most experienced player in line for that position so his performance will be closely watched by the playing staff.
Parramatta has not named players in any position or number, but the likely side is:
1. Krisnan Inu
2. Luke Burt
3. Timana Tahu
4. Joel Reddu
5. Eric Grothe
6. Kris Keating
7. Jeff Robson
8. Nathan Cayless
9. Matt Keating
10. Justin Poore
11. Nathan Hindmarsh
12. Shane Shackleton
13. Feleti Mateo
Interchange
Tom Humble, Taniela Lasalo, Tim Mannah, Anthony Mitchell, Fuifui Moimoi, Brendan Oake, Johnathan Wright, Etu Uaisele.
Most of our NYC squad will go around again and while there would appear to be some obvious standouts for backline positions, competition for starting forward spots should be strong. The squad is:

Meanwhile, the fact that a number of Wentworthville's started will be in the NRL squad could open up some opportunities for other players in that side. New signing Greyson Goodwin comes into the side on the wing.

I'm most interested to see what they do with Tom Humble. He could get the opportunity to show he's capable of deputising for Jarryd or given that we're missing Mortimer, it's a great opportunity to see what he's capable of at five-eighth. I've always like the idea of that Humble/Keating combination!
I hope Brendan Oake has a big one. I think he's got a lot of ability and he's probably of the age now where he should be showing us what he's really capable of. if Ben Smith is out, he'd definitely be the player I'd be putting into that spot.
*sigh*
Has Humble spoken of any interest to be in the halves? I'm sure he'll get a run at fullback at some stage in this game.
Let's hope Cayless found some glue for his hands this game.
Bench would be Smith, Moi Moi, Lassalo and Humble/Robson/Keating
I dont see a spot for Cayless as Id play Mannah and with Shack Hindy and Ben Smith we dont need Oake.
I think DA will move for strike power with the 4th interchange spot and Lassalo can expect 20 minutes per match to have impact aka Joey G.
No need to waste big money on Inu so expect him to enjoy his last year in the blue and gold
