This is old news, but i rate the kid looks a really good prospect.
Think he is also capable of playing in the middle.
Yes we do need a big prop or two, but Beau Scott & David Gower will be gone in the next year or so.
It would be good to replace guys like that with a tough and honest Aussie toiler like Elliott so it makes complete sense to me.
We should make a play for James Graham-media suggests his contact with dogs worth $900,000 next year-dogs are in trouble with salary cap-we should offer him $600,000 and get dogs to pay other $300,000. He would add mongrel and leadership to our forwards and well worth a 2 year deal-We should 'retire' Tim Mannah to off the field community liaison, junior development, media liaison etc-pay him his current contact monies however off field activities not included in salary cap.
Thats a no for Graham, he's nearly 33 and have neck issues. The guy has been a great warrior and would of been perfect 3 or 4 years ago but let Newcastle pay overs for him.
