  2010, now that was a year to forget. Just out of interest we all know the quality that we were forced to let go last year after being caught what, 250 000 over the cap?2010 the year that the storm got done some 1.5 million over and the only player of note who left coming into that year was Dallas Jonston , a few left at the end of 2010 most notably Greg Inglis but I still think they got away lightly without getting butt raped like we did and everyone went on at the time oh they are so brave playing on and winning most of their games when they had nothing to play for, well fuck me they were all still getting paid their wage plus the paper bags and boats and new houses and not only did they still have 1.5 million dollar better team than anyone else they actually bought more good players for the start of that year so by my calculations of the guys they bought for 2010 before they got done i reckon theyd have been 2 mill over in 2010 , not hard to compete then even if your not trying too hard.
