Eels hardest hitters

Who were parramatta's hardest tacklers over the years? I know for me Ron Hilditch comes to mind but I am sure some of our members could remember a lot more.

    • great call

    • Jack de belin Newcastle against Saints he couldn't stop throwing up quite funny actually on YouTube too
  • There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Tepai Moeroa will become Parra's hardest tackler of all time.

Write it down and underline it.

Tepai Moeroa will become Parra's hardest tackler of all time. (so I did !!)

His technique is about as pure as I have ever seen, combined with his fearlessness, freakish natural strength and desire to dominate while defending leaves me with this undoubted conclusion.

My only fear is that he will injure himself while doing this.

    • Moreoa is a beast!!
  • I would of loved to have seen both those tackles especially the Ray Price one cheers poppa
  • Glen Morrison just because he would hit really hard, but also always stick

  • Graeme Atkins was my Geography teacher at school. Pretty small bloke actually, so definitely was performing above his weight.
Even in his twilight years at school he could kick goals from everywhere.

On parent teacher night my dad would just chat away about Parra with him for hours, he'd be nice enough to share some stories.

    Top bloke
  • Fuifui hit hard in attack.

  • Hilditch and Higgs. Anyone they tackled stayed tackled and went backwards
