It was great to see the smiles on the faces of the sick kids at Westmead Childrens Hospital as the Eels players met them and handed out Christmas gifts.

The players should be proud of themselves as I am of them. Go the Eels.

My youngest fella, now 2yrs old, spent the first two weeks of his life at Wesmead, followed by monthly visits for about a year. Not much fun traveling down from mid north coast, but ALL the doctors, nurses and staff there were AMAZING. Made a difficult time a lot easier. Didn't get to meet any Eels though!

GREAT WORK PARRA. My little girl is in campbelltown hospital has been for 2 days and likely for another 3 or 4. No hear of wests tigers playing santa. Guess they cant ask why there numbers are down at the stadium next year

Any other teams do this kinda work? The lads got good hearts doing this. Must be quite moving and sad to see those poor kids lying bed, some may not make it next year. Good work lads, keep it up.
