The Mole: Curtis Scott's potential Eels deal could be scuppered after ex-partner makes police complaint

The former girlfriend of Curtis Scott has filed a complaint against the controversial league star with both the NSW Police and the NRL.
Tay Clark has been separated from Scott for more than two years but took action when Scott allegedly began stalking her in recent weeks.
A fine athlete in her own right, Clark told both police and the NRL Integrity Unit that Scott had been walking past her house in a quiet Miranda Street in Sydney's Sutherland Shire several times a day.
The Integrity Unit is currently investigating the incident and its outcome could impact Scott's chances of getting a proposed contract ratified by the NRL.Wide World of Sports has learned that Clark and her mother lodged a complaint with Miranda Police earlier this week.

Scott has had a chequered career and was sacked by both Melbourne and Canberra after a series of off-field incidents.
He recently declared he is attending Alcoholics Anonymous and seeing a psychologist in a bid to conquer his demons.

Seeings this is very recently alledged to have happened, its clear, if true, he hasnt turned over a new leaf at all.

I was willing to go along with the club on this signing. But this new allegation seems very damning. I hope the club takes a closer look asap.
I have been told by a number of people who would know that he is a complete tool and should be avoided. Given he has outstanding matters currently and this new matter - the writing is on the wall. Cheap but too much risk to our brand and the harmony of teh team.

I cannot argue with the general view, but at least give him the chance to defend his situation.
Last thing I would ever want to do is convict someone over hearsay on this site. I don't know where he has buried his demons but I suspect they are about to be resurrected.....poor bastard but that type of obsession of stalking a past partner if true, is pretty damming of his current mental health.
