It's how we run the club cost saving . Gives Ba time to fill it with another mate . Promote one of mates from the pathways surprised Joey Grima didn't jump at it or he probably is behind the senes

Are you telling me there isn't one out of work coach that wouldn't jump at the chance to coach our reserve grade side and put themselves in the shop window (Pay, Toovey etc)

The Storm, Penrith and Roosters have all had assistant coaches who are now making their mark in their own right (or close to it with Ciraldo) as a coach in the NRL.
Youd have to think each one of them brought something to the table whilst serving their apprenticeship and whilst learning would also have challenged.
Surely we want someone like that at Parra. There would have to be a number of coaches just starting out who would fit that bill-eg Josh Hannay, Dean Young-even David Gower was keen at some point
