  Believe we have asked him twice , befor Seward and Boulos, but he dcided to stay in Townsville.
  
  Funny thing is Parr is a Newcastle boy, I had a mate trialling in the late 80s when the club did that sort of open stuff, and Parr came down from Newcastle to trial . He was a big fullback and at least in his mid 20s , think he had won something in the Newcastle Comp around that time

    He also played cricket with "Stockton and northern districts cricket club". He still mentions the club every now and then as his favourite club ever!! He is a great bloke local legend in Stockton.

  I don't know why we are chasing anyone for this job. There is no need for this job. Whatever DA did (cant remember what). I'm sure BA could do it just as well and BA wont have anyone looking over his shoulder.

    BA doesn't want to have juggle the role of both head coach and GM of Footy. 

    He just wants to coach the team and wants to get the best out of his players. 

    If you're going to target a GM of Footy, Parr is right up there with the very best.

    Speedy I reckon Brad would disagree with you. All the things he has had to be doing when he should be concentrating on the role he was employed to do. There's enough to do with that and mentoring his players.
