  I've also heard we're an admirer and with the Hopoate deal potentially not going ahead, we'd probably be able to put in a bid for Kahu that Brisbane would struggle to match (well at least without Thoroughbred assistance!).

    All has gone very quiet on the Hoppa front Phil. Do you think it's now unlikely that he will stay? Where does that leave Hoppa? Which clubs still have enough cash for him.
    Fortunately the Roosters always have enough cash for anyone they want. At least that's one option for the bloke.

  Brisbane have come out and said that he will be Justin Hodges replacement in the centres, I think that he would be a good buy but a risky one, he has had 2 or 3 Knee reconstructions now and could just end up like another Jacob Loko a slow injured centre. But saying that maybe he just needs some luck, he is defiantly a good player and has the talent
