The Parramatta Eels Center Of Excellence has finally broken ground this week. Head coach Brad Arthur expressed his delight as being a local resident and said he "looked forward to the opportunity to be still at the helm", with the new facilities due to open in 2030.

    Good to hear the centre of excellence has finally broken wind .  It seems like it's been coming since Spags was here . To be honest I thought it was built 10 years ago .
