Edge Honoured for 31 years service

Former Parramatta and St George hooker, and living legend, Steve Edge was today honored for his service to the Parramatta club.

The building of the club's office's will now be known as the Steve Edge building. Edge accepted the dedication with a smile and a joke, "Sterlo got a lounge, I got a building."

Members of those 80's teams, including Peter Sterling, Peter Wynn, Eric Grothe Snr, Steve Sharp and Steve Ella were all in attendance.

The tireless hooker and back-rower played for Parramatta from 1981-1984, winning 3 Premierships and captaining the team throughout those years.
