Ease up

I've been extremely liberal in terms of the moderation in here of late (primarily because I haven't had the time to be on here to be consistent) and some of you blokes are taking advantage of it well over and above what is acceptable. Ease up on the swearing and the abuse and the general crap because I don't have time to delete comments so I'll just be deleting people.
