Dynasty or everyone's a winner?

Since 2001, most teams have won a premiership except only a few teams including the Eels. Is this better than Dynasty's? Wouldn't you rather see a club win 3 or 4 in one decade even though it's harder these days to achieve?

  • The word dynasty is banned from this website.

  • God, no. It hurt watching manly and Melbourne in so many grand finals.
  • I still remember the pain from 1984. I grew up thinking that RL was set up for Parra to win grand finals, only to have this crashing down. I suppose we know now that a dynasty is harder to achieve, so you soak up the glory from your infrequent grand final victory (but what would we know about that!).

  • or a team that at least wins every 2 decades

  • Heck id even take one every 3 decades lol!

  • Proper management leads to premierships. Hopefully our front office gets itself sorted and the premierships should follow. We have the coach and a great side which seem to have all been pretty much locked up long term (Semi and Tep are the remaining pieces) so I am hopeful we will win one or two in the next few seasons.
  • I want a dynasty with Parra winning at least five in the next decade.........

"TDS is still young, with plenty of improvement left in him. He could still play Flegg in 2026 ffs. And despite being two years younger than Ryley Smith, he has played nine more NRL games."
