I hate any suggestions off moving Williams out of the backrow"

"I understand why they moved him to prop, his ball playing at lock was atrocious after coming back from his back injury. There was a few of us on here pleading for them to move him to prop to simplify his game and that worked.

"yep he is not a battering ram. He needs to be at lock to be fully effective. Needs that offloading game back too.
Koina will hopefully back his debut next year and everyone will see why many here rate him at a top 3 prospect at our club"

Good. Now fuck off wandering hands. We only want commited players. Send him to the Dragons in exchange for Molo.
To play what position?
I'd expect dummy half with ryley and probably lock when hopgood gets a rest similar to what he does at warriors
Shoud stick him in at 5/8.
Does that mean Brown will be released soon? 🤔
I mean, Dylboob has already released the Brown across the first 3 games of the year.
He's not coming here to play 5/8. He's coming to fill the void of Matterson as a ball playing lock off the bench
Agree
Does this pave the way for Matterson to push for a release and try his luck else where, despite his player option for 2026?
Matto wont push for a release, he's ready to retire from NRL and is on pretty good coin this year and 3 times the average worker next year . For a bible basher , he's ethics are pretty shocking if he doesn't get his way . Hopefully we can medically retire him . You'd be a pretty desperate club to take on his attitude and baggage. Maybe as Slippery said, a English club may be dumb enough, maybe BA , but he'd expect us to give him a golden handshake before he left of his own accord.
