Parramatta Eels Club five eighth Dylan Brown has been upgraded from his development contract to the top 30 squad until the end of the 2020 season.

At 18 years of age, Dylan is expected to make his NRL debut in 2019, following his first appearance in Round 19 last year of the Intrust Super Premiership with Eels feeder Club the Wentworthville Magpies.

In 2017, Dylan was the half back for the champion SG Ball side, and was selected in the Australian Schoolboys team.

  • Great news

  • WTF is BA doing?

He has no clue upgrading this numpty to NRL.

    He doesnt promote juniors?

    He can't coach.

He is doing this to save his career.

It will all fall over miserably, damn bush coach.

(just getting in before the usual suspects do ;-))

    • Mau Being injured is probably BA ‘a Fault aswell, and don’t get forget the prices of hot dogs are going up at the new stadium, Cmon BA Pull ya finger out...

      • Sorry I just learnt that  BA is not in charge of the hot dog priceing. Not his fault.

  • There ya go Chief Just ask politely and you will receive lol

    • This kid reminds me of JT in his days at the dogs, he has a good step, quick and loves the defence.

He hits the line with purpose and agression, has no fear and looks like he wants the ball.

I think MJ on his outside and Gutho following up on his inside will cause some havoc.

Iam not sayin he is the next Johnthan Thurston, but his style is Thurston, especially when he plays through the line.

He hasn't played a first grade game yet and its a long season. Big potential there, Moses needs to step up and run the game and let this kid do his thing.

His young, inexperienced and will be a target, but he is hungry. Look after him Parra.

"Agree. Can not see him defending in the line at present and some of the passes I have seen him throw do not leave me with much confidence in swift and workable transition into the 6 role.

LB replied to Frankie Fong's discussion AN ALTERNATIVE TO GALVIN
"Exactly. Let the kid figure out NRL first and become a seasoned first grader. Why complicate it further just to try and strengthen a position that is quite frankly the least of our worries. A fullback is more important than a Five-Eighth.
