The raw honesty is what should make NRL fans most excited about Dylan Brown’s arrival.

“I just love to run,” Parramatta’s boom teenager enthused, as he opened up in his first interview with The Daily Telegraph.

“I love getting bashed and bashing people.

“That is league.”

And that is exactly the breath of fresh air footy fans have been crying out for in recent months.

  • This is a great article and for me shows a character and determination that is built into him and rare for a teenager in this day and age. Lets thank those who are mentioned in this article as well, as they got him here and helped him, by simply putting their belief into him.

Lets thank his mum also who responded in the way she did by telling him to move here, and now they are here to support him as well.

I sincerelly hope that he continues in his level headedness and becomes our half for years to come, there will be setbacks and down times but he does have the charactter and will it seems to get past any of those mountains, that may cause him to stumble and pore water over it himself.  This is also where a coach and person of BA comes in as well, as he has shown he is an encourage for young players.

  • Thank You Mrs Brown. What a great attitude from a young man. This comes from good family values.

  • He might not have the flair of Johnson but I already think he will be tougher. Exactly what we need  A tough No 6 That can tackle & Likes to run the ball.

  •  Can someone post the full article please. I don't subscribe to the Telecrap

  • Cant read the full article, but how good is it hearing a young fella not shying away from the tough stuff. He’s got a big frame on him for a young half too, is only going to get bigger and stronger.

  • Journo's and Brown himself talk up his running ability while playing down his passing and kicking game.
The other night he threw some good passes and forced a dropout with his kicking.

I hope that Moses' apparent lack of organisational skills combined with his loose kicking game doesn't end up stifling Brown's running game.
