On Saturday against Canterbury, Dylan Brown will play his 100th NRL game. What an achievement, considering his age being still only 23. He is in for a long career, even if he misses reaching his full potential. It is always great with a milestone happening, even better to celebrate along with the opening to a new season.
There are a few milestones in 2024, RCG plays his 200th in Round 3 against Manly, then with play his 100th for the club later after 17 games. Gutherson plays his 200th in Magic Round (if he doesnt miss any games) then 5 weeks later plays his 200th for the club. Matterson is 23 games away from his 100th Eels game. Makatoa is 4 games short of 50 NRL games. Simonsson is 15 games away from 100 NRL games. Hopgood 17 games away from 50th NRL game.
Some stats too with Sivo is 13 tries away from 100 club tries, Gutherson is 9 away from 100 career tries and 13 away from 100 club tries. Both looking to become only the 4th and 5th players in club history to score over 100 tries. Only behind Luke Burt, Jarryd Hayne and Brett Kenny.

Coryn, they were saying on the radio this morning that the Storm have requested that one of their home games for next season be played in Suva.
Think that's a very smart move for storm and making it clear they mean business in Fiji
probably planning on recruiting to their club from a box seat posi ....pretty much what Coryn has been advocating for for years. Big strong fast wingers will be theirs to choose from
Yeah that's why I was giving Coryn the heads up, he's being pretty vocal on this.
He had better be Coryn, It is a lot harder to grab a boob if you're aiming up
Go well Dylan! Hopefully Dylan can lift and make a difference and win this game...footy gods know we don't usually do any good in milestone games, hopefully turn a corner there starting with this one 🤞
He's got a lot to re pay mace ...
how are you my beautiful friend ? Hope you are well xx
I don't think we have a great record when it comes to milestone games.
100 games, a Kiwi international.
No more talk it's time to deliver
100 games yet not many good ones and has achieved very little considering all the hype around him , this year has to be the year he steps up .
LB I heard that less than 5% of AFL players make it past 200 games. I wonder if it's the same for NRL players.
as far as DB is concerned, I'm not sure he's got the mental toughness to maintain a high standard for the next 100 or 200 games. Happy to be proven wrong.
