  • Poor bugger to get thrown in the deep end but been waiting for his debut all year

  • Dunster to score a double tonite

  • BA could have easily debut the kid in early season games. Even off the bench

  • YEE - freeking - HAA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the stuff legends are made of Dunny - give it all you got mate.

Excited for the kid - not played this year and here he is debuting in an elemination final.

Hope he gets at least one try.

When you have nothing to lose you can do awesome things.

My opinion - Blake to wing with Gennings to centre, give Dunny every chance to shine with Taka on his side.

I mean WTF - nothing to lose and a massive upset could be on the cards.

    • Your right Col the ingredients are there for a kid to make a massive name for himself on debut with little expectations from those outside the team environment.

Im expecting us to enjoy a boil over tonight with our forwards playing out of their skin and your Dunsters and the likes to be the beneficiary's of their labour.

      • For once Bup I am actually excited at watching the kid have his 80 minutes of fame.

I know if I was playing it would be all or nothing with a dead empty tank at 80 minutes.

Don;t know why but I feel the team will lift and play out of their skins.

Now coming from the original GOM and Silly Old Bastard that says something.

        BRING IT ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • I think it's important for the crowd to really get behind Dunster. Could really help his confidence debuting in such a tough match.

  • Life is generally sink or swim and we can only hope he goes out and plays well.

Here's hoping he goes out and has a blinder.

  • So Waqa stays at centre with Taka taking the other spot. I imagine Waqa will stay on the right with Dunster on the outside of him.

Hmmm. Not sure how this will go defensively. I was actually looking forward to Taka at centre with Waqa on his wing. I reckon Taka would have created some space for Waqa to show off his pace.

    • Yeah PM - Taka with Dunny and Gennings centre with Wacker on the wing.

That would put Wacker on Alex Johnson - LORD help us, but should have the speed to give Johnson a run for his money (possibly)

Taka on the Gaigai would be a good match up and better than any of the others imo.

High kicks for Wacker close to the line, alternatively Taka has shown he can win his fair share for a try.

Our kicking game is going to be imperative tonight.

      We can doo dis.
