    What's he on now? If I were the dragons I don't think I'd be offering him much more either based in the last couple of seasons. Granted though they have played him out of position and with crap halves

  Dugan has got to be the most over rated player in the game. He lacks genuine pace and is a hog who stifles attack. He's a mid level player in my opinion.
