Drop Matt Keating

I've been an avid Eels supporter since 1976. This is my first ever blog because I just can't believe what I'm watching. I got so frustrated watching last year's Grand Final waiting for Kevin Kingston to come on. Too late. Same story tonight. The team only got going after MK was dragged off. Again, too late. We have a great backline and a reasonable forward pack. We need direction and impetus from our dummy half. C'mon Ando, wake up. The wonder kid aint that good.

no one played well but I thought Keating tried hard not his best but better than others

I was wondering when this post was coming. It was all Matt Keating's fault. We would have won by 26 if Matt Keating wasn't playing. He let every single try in, missed every tackle and made every mistake. You must be kidding mate. What about the other 16 players???

Im the same as you Gordon, since good ol 76!

You look at other teams with good no.9s. Storm, Tigers, etc MK doesnt rate IMO. The job of a rake is not just to get the ball from the play the ball and pass it.. which MK really just seems to do. Maybe a few weeks at wenty will do him good..

I think Anthony Mitchell deserves at least a bench spot next week.. I like matt keating but there are holes in his game.

I say drop Cayless and Robson before Keating..... Need direction before anything and Robson lacks this and Cayless has no strength...

not his fault - he isnt that sort of player, we need a backup ( kingston type ) to come on for him late in halves
