Yep injuried getting surgery on his ankle I believe. Doorey was good but lacked some serious fitness at times

That's shit to hear that he got injured and hopefully he gets better soon.
I think Doorey can turn into a Papali'i type game breaker with a little work. He ran some great hard lines coming off of Moses earlier in the season but agree that he needs to work on his fitness. Papali'i was somewhat similar when he started with the Eels but BA got him sorted and I think BA can do the same with Doorey.
If we can't retain Carty (I hope we do), then I think Doorey is the one to fill those shoes. Fitness/stamia is more mental than anything and it just takes someone to get through to a player to make them understand how much more they have in them and to not listen to your head which will tell you you're spent long before you actually are.
there was an injury update on Parramatta Eels Instagram/Facebook sites ,Doorey and Cini both had opperations Foot and hand respectivly, Greig will return in round 23 with Dylbro and we should we back to fullstrenth round 25 with RCG and Sivo back.
