Yes he missed the goal, but what the fuck what Taka and Jennings doing, to allow Gagai to run 25m to retrieve that ball! Moses didn't miss that soft tackle that Lane did that leg Reynolds slice through and set up a try. Moses didn't drop the ball on the first of the match. Ok if you don't rate Moses, who the fuck are we going to sign that is better? If Parra are to win we need to have more attention to detail( be ready for a post hit like Ray Price always was) when Moses missed. It's not all on one player. We go missing as a team during certain periods of games! That is not on one player! Wake up people, don't blame it on one player, and if you do, name a better half we actually have a chance of signing

You need some ambition mate. It wasn't good enough.
I'll tell you, prior to the season if you looked at our team on paper and souths.. most would have us finishing higher. Then take out Latrell for the back half of the season.. as well as James Roberts and Braiden Burns.. yes we lost a few guys over the last week but that wasn't our problem. Our last big scalp was round 7 and we just plodded through the season after that.. Almost getting worse by the week. Another wasted opportunity. Acknowledging the good is fine, but you should also acknowledge that we underachieved. We were 11-2 at one stage , went into the finals healthy..and were $26/1 to win the comp. We are a lot further off than our ladder position indicated.
Going into the season Moses was putting heat on Cleary to be NSW 7. How has that gone? We've gone backwards with a years experience and better roster, which is unacceptable.
LOL GWF - I reckon Souths GAINED with the loss of Mitchell - Corey Allen is streets ahead of him because he is involved ALL the time as opposed to the poser coming in when headlines are to be made. Mitchell is a lazy liability to any team and thankfully out of the Blues.
He has to kick that goal. Simple.
my grandmother would have kicked that over.
Don't blame anyone. It was just bad luck. It was purely a freak incident. Never in my life have I seen something like that unfold on a footy field. You couldn't script it.... conversion hit the post from practically in front from a goal kicker who had been converting from the sideline all night, only for opposition to make a 60m break off the rebound and score within that set of 6! You will never see it happen again in a thousand years. Just our luck.
i am used to us having bad luck. wouldnt stop me being a passionate fan though. Just watching the boys run out is already nirvana. anything else is a bonus.
Bad luck doesn't make you miss that kick, its not like someone moved the goal posts.
You make out like it was an impossible kick, soon you will be telling everyone it was from halfway and it was a good effort.
Accept the fact the guy is hopeless, he and Brad are milking money out of this club at a rate of knots.
It's not an accident, it was an error. There is no such thing as an unavoidable error. It's the attention to detail that kills us.
Agree Brett, out attention to detail is terrible and almost the worst in the comp. It's something that hasn't improved at all in all BA's time here. Same bonehead errors by the same bonehead players. It's no frustrating and one of the reasons i think the coaches time is up. It's something you rarely see from a Melbourne or Roosters.
