There is a chance that the Bulldogs will realease Ben Roberts as they already have two solid halves for 2011 i personally are happy with what we got now Roberts is not that good.
And yes i know its early but Parra are exploring thier options for a long term replacement for Nathan Hindmarsh now i not saying Hindy will retire anytime soon. But Parra are having a play at Bronson Harrison for when his contract expires with the Canberra Raiders at the end of the 2011 season. Nothing is concrete solid yet but think there is a chance that Harrison could end up at the Eels.
I dont mean that parra are 100 % going to have a go at Harrison he is just a possible player we could be looking at for a long term replacement when Hindy retires dont get me wrong i really like Hindy this could just be a possibility. Remember 2012 is long wat away.
My Brother told me this who is a good mates of a few guys on the parra board.

We have Reni Maitua who can play in the second-row when Hindy does retire.
Of course that all depends on when Hindy does retire.
We also have two ready-made replacements who are both in the Hindmarsh mold but with more attacking firepower in Patrick O'Hanlon and Rory Brien, both of whom had strong years in the NYC last year despite a poor season from the Eels NYC team.
By 2012, they'll be more than ready for a crack at first-grade, and they'll only get better this year.
He's a good young kid, with a lot of potential and a lot of which he has already shown.
Sort of player that is a perfect replacement for Hindy.
Love your enthusiasm mate but we need to put a lid on the rumours etc. We have what we have got for 2011. Give them a chance to play footy and forget about 2012. We can do this at the end of the season. All this talk is really helping no one.
Cheers
Always am.
Just stating what the club already has at its disposal in regards to replacements for Hindy.
