Do you know this person??

Now that I have your attention again, it is time for a new blog.We have done the superhero and movie thing so I think it is now only fair that we turn our attention to the song that touches you the most. This can be in a happy, sappy , sad or just gets your blood pumping. Any way any how.Well mine has to be American pie because I often wonder what things will disappear in my life that I truly treasured.

  • I have a few that do that.
    Always - Bon Jovi
    Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd
Wherever You Will Go - The Calling

  • For me the greatest songs are the ones that touch me the most in music and lyrics.
Something by the Beatles is in my opinion the greatest love song ever made.
Strawberry Fields Forever by the Beatles, and Sympathy for the devil by the Rolling Stones are the greatest lyrical songs ever.

However if we are talking pure great music then anything by Led Zeppelin second greatest band behind the Beatles.
If you want songs that have great guitar lines and a funky beat? Travellin Riverisde Blues, Ramble On, Whole Lotta Love. Amazing.

Most inspiring songs-Like A Rolling Stone, and The Times They're are A Changing, by Bob Dylan.

Then there is Jimi Hendrix and Cream as having the most mermoerable guitar riffs ever!
  • Also add Have You Ever Seen The Rain by Creedence Clearwater Revival and I Believe I Can Fly by R Kelly to my list.
Just put them on, and forgot how good they are, and what memories they bring back.
  • lyrically the best song of pink floyds is wish you were here man. very simple ballad but awesome lyrics
  • could u show me the link to the bridge billiblogs? I can't seem to find it.
  • Iris by goo goo dolls
    Everything by lifehouse
    Forever by Chris brown
Mr brightside by the killers and
    Fix you by Coldplay

These are songs that I absolutely love and could never get sick of.
  • When I read that, I thought I didn't know the Pink Floyd song in question, but the minute I did a Youtube search for it, I recognised it straight away!
    Love it!
Also love Comfortably Numb though, so it's hard to pick one, so I'll go with both in my list.
  • Your last two are up there for me too pe12.
  • Good songs they are PE12!
Love Iris in particular. The film it was in, City of Angels is a beauty too.

Let me make a revised list of mine, so there's no mass spread of songs on my behalf, haha.
Also need to add another one I forgot, haha.

Have You Ever Seen The Rain - Creedence Clearwater Revival
    Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd
    I Believe I Can Fly - R Kelly
    Always - Bon Jovi
Wherever You Will Go - The Calling
Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
    Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol

These are the songs that I could play on repeat forever, and would never tire of them.
  • lol everyhting by lifehouse? you know what there are parts of that song that are good but it goes for way too long. the beat kind fo gets boring.
