I mean sure? Doueihi would be your best bet to stay relevant while trying to get a 7 on the open market, even then it is bloody difficult to get. If we go Doueihi, we need to plan on developing Ethan Sanders to take over in say 2025/26.

If we lose Moses we need to unearth the next big thing as pickings are very slim at the moment.
We need to have a youngster learning from Moses while he is still here.
JA is not an option. He isn't even good enough to be the back up's back up.
Dylan is the long term 5/8 for us and NZ and shouldn't be shifted to halfback. He isn't a controlling half like Moses. He has stated he prefers to play what's in front of him rather than lead the team around the field.
BEM. If MM signs with the Tigs what is the youngster going to pick up in one year off him. Not much. I would be chasing Douehi for the short term. Just my opinion
There is merit in that Legend but a youngster will learn more in 1 year from Moses than he will in a couple of years from Douehi.
Either way we need to find a replacement 7 as trying to force an out and out 5/8 in Dylan to play 7 is stupid. He isn't a halfback.

Don't get caught up in the idea that he has to play half-back to touch the ball more. Munster on average will have more receipts than Hughes per game.
CM is the player I'd be showing Dyl videos of. DB with a licence to roam playing a little less structured is what I'd like to see.
