Do We Need More Gender Equality In Rugby League Refereeing Ranks? Wy Arn't Women Getting A Fair Go?

The refereeing's at an all time low, do you think this might be because we have no NRL female referee's?

Why dont we have more women refs?

Is there anything inherently wrong with females that makes them unable to land a top flight job in the NRL?

Is it just a case of blatant sexism?  or is there something wrong with women that makes them unfit or incapable to do the job?

    Why not give them a go I say ! The only hassle would be the players will have to really watch the language.

    LOL i also say this for their own good. Women have been given so many equal rights that in the end there is not much difference between the two sexes in behavior and personality. For example, look at this first pic, looks like Steve "Blocker" Roach FFS.

    But seriously I don't know why there aren't more top grade female nrl refs. There's been a few on the fringes for a while. Should definitely get a start. It would be great for the game.
