It's no secret the Eels has been a bit of a circus at times.
But the current board seems to have brought a level of stability to the place that it hasn't had in a very long time. If you're asking specifically about the front office, it seems rock solid. There's been the same executive team for about 18 months (check out the website for the people) and the Leagues Club is being run by a guy who has heaps of experience in clubs. You'll notice changes like Larissa coming on here, the big trip to USA, Salesyards getting up and running and they got a media guy who seems to keep us looking a lot less like a circus in the papers. But Muttman and Phil would know more than me.
There's going to be an election soon so that's akways going to bring a few 'personalities' out of the woodwork. Try and look past all the crap sprouted by people in the media - they always have an agenda mate. Look for evidence of what's actually happening. As stupid as it sounds the best source of info about the club is the club.
