The NRL were not going to register any contract of Hayne until they investigated dodgy payments to Hayne by Parra. Also Wayne Beavis over dodgy TPAs not only to Parra but to other clubs.

Has this all been swept under the carpet for both parties now that Hayne is with the Gold Coast?

Do I smell a rat or is it just a Green Turd that I smell?
