We back to square one again, picking up the pieces of sht BA has left behind....
Sometimes it isn't actually attitude. Sometimes you're just not good at a sport. Our players just aren't very good at rugby league. It is what it is.
Said this to my son just earlier, some of these players are playing like they have never played the game before, their skill level, even from our rookies is so far off the pace of NRL standard. Just basic catch/ pass skills are horrific.
I think of Sean Lane when you say that but the outside backs are trying they're just inept.

Sivo and Russell seem like better players now that isn't a reflection on them but on the lack of Talent we have.

Put the development into Lorenzo that Russell has had and you might not have a world beater but he's 10x the player.

Most of these players have been coached under Arthur's watch. They are used to training and playing old style footy. And some are simply not NRL standard.
I don't think we will see many roster changes until end of 2025, maybe some positional changes.
Ryles knows he has a huge job in front of him, first up get the players in a room and asked who wants to be on this bus and work hard to change Parramatta, get them to commit to him and there team mates 100%.
Then preseason he needs to change our style of playing the game. Work on defensive structures and techniques. Talk and listen to our attacking ball players, set up and train to bring out the best in them.
Ryles needs to make every player accountable for there actions, efforts and performances. He needs to be upfront and honest to the players, some need to be told your playing for your future at Parramatta.
I have no doubt Ryles has been spending a lot of hours watching videos of Parramatta. He would have a fair idear who he wants to keep, players he thinks he can improve and players he wants to move on. But will give them one season under him and his style, buy in or see ya later.
