i know its sporting news and they arent very accurate but i thought this might happen.

Eels can't solve their hooker crisis

It's been widely reported that Titans hooker Nathan Peats is eager to return to Parramatta.

But the Eels are looking at another dummy-half option, should Peats' return to Sydney fail to eventuate.

Trapped in the lower grades behind Peter Wallace, Penrith's Mitch Rein was asked by the Eels a fortnight ago if he would link with the blue and gold immediately.

Rein was keen and so were the Eels, until they were informed of his $300,000 asking price. It's been a stalemate ever since.

  Hi Gem, he was wanted by the Dragons. What happen was he wanted a payrise and asked for 600K a year. Understandably the Dragons couldn't afford that and he was released.

At least try Cameron King first before looking elsewhere, I know some think he doesn't have what it takes to be in the NRL but given the chance I reckon it could work out really well

Kaysa Pritchard is good for us anyhow it's just that he can't play for 80 mins
We need a Cody Nelson or a cam king to start then bring on Kaysa after 30 mins that's when he's at he's best

I would take rein for about 100k for rest of the season but no more then that

Rein wanted $500k to stay at the Drags, and priced himself out of the market..
