Des you liar

Press encouraged Des and Des repeatedly and strongly claimed was not a head high tackle but a try saver and said the ref needed to review himself.

Both lied - see pick. Tackle was worse than Brown's penalty for headhigh try saver last week and the headhigh that got Paulo suspended10502892100?profile=RESIZE_584x

  • When Paulo was suspended they really did open a can of worms.  This is worthy of a few weeks in the current climate. As is the careless one across RCGs chops.  But I bet they all go unpunished.

  • Certainly didn't show this angle on the replays

    • When its us they show it when it is a team playing us they hide it

  • He should have been binned as well

  • Truth be known des is an alcoholic bitter man who like most sea eagle fans ,players or officials are one eyed and they don't hide it.Scum of a club and most notable one if their biggest grubs is a man that weighs more then the Michelin man Peter Peters

  • Des is right - it was a great try-saving tackle.

But head contact is not excused just because it's a try-saver.

    A head-high try-saver is still head-high.

Suck it up, Manly. We've had to.

  • Suck shit Manly mongs

  • Arthur nailed it in his press conference. Yes Perham slipped but any forceful contact with the head is a penalty and has been all year. Look no further than Junior and D Brown.
The penalty count was only 3-2 with about 20 to go then Manly tried every dirty trick in the book to slow us down, turn the ball over etc. They are very lucky it wasn't a lot worse than that

    • Absolutely, I am not sure how that hit on RCG wasn't even a penalty

    • Correct, great answer from BA.
