  Still gutted by that. Sad that the ref decided that game.
  Parra were on a roll and the Storm were panicking. If the decision had gone the other way I think we may have scored.

  I can remember we were on the comeback, I think we were 4 points behind not long to go when Slater dropped a bomb, we got another set of 6 and not once did they think of passing to Hayne, and to top it off out of all players Todd Lowrie kicked on the last tackle... Pathetic!

    That fucking lowrie kick..... he must’ve been the third person to get the ball that set and he kicks it straight to someone. Just unbelievable and pathetic. Just no urgency to pass it or anything even though we were 6 behind with 5 to go. The eels got to the gf off the back of backyard footy and couldn’t just do it one more time

  Uncontested bomb early in the second half for the Inglis try finished us off.We were already beat before kick off by the 1.2 million worth of extra talent that ran out on the paddock though.

  I was at that grand final. Storm were always in front of archer in defence they were never back the ten yet our 10m seem longer than 10. We were never allowed to win it but suck shit storm you got it stripped. Hopefully storm lose tomorrow night

  I know Gucci!!! I had to switch over! At the time my wife worked for Telstra in a call centre... a week after the game she got a call from a bill slater... he acted like se should have known him by his voice lol. He said people call me billy the kid. She asked for his username and he said "slats 69" and she asked if it was the billy slater. He said yes and said that he didn't know what to do with his internet as his "minders" usually do that. She said to him she was an eels supporter and said you milked that didn't you? He just laughed and said "yeah I've been getting that since it happened" She continued with the call and assured me she made him feel guilty about it LOL... that's my girl hahaha
