DEATH BY EMAIL

A Sydney Morning herald article this morning suggests amoungst other things that Ando was sacked by email (see http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-league/league-news/a-surprise-in-the-inbox-but-sacking-was-no-real-shock-for-anderson-20100927-15u75.html).

The amateurs-that-be that are running the club are doing an excellent job at leading by example and showing the players the type of passion and commitment that is needed to be successful and run a football club - what a bunch of gutless men - they dont even have the intestinal fortitude to look the man in the face and tell him that he is no longer needed!!!

What a disgraceful way to run any business!!! I dont agree with the sacking of the coach but i'm not privy to all the information that those conducting the review were armed with. Regardless of how or why the decision was made sacking someone such as the head of the team in any manner other than face to face is a total cop out and shows a the lack of leadership and character.

  • Go away Sinbad!
  • ray hadley last night said former players would have a run against club in december or something? more fighting
  • I saw that on the Mad Monday Show, secondly i did notice when Hadley brought up about the firing by email Phil Gould was about to take him to task about that before Cameron Williams stepped in to move things along that stopped a blow up.

Looks like some goosey ganders are published by the media watching Gould's reaction over the last 2 shows he has appeared on.
  • wow, Sammy you are a big hypocrite. Get rid of your display picture " time to move on man"
  • Sorry Sinfool.
  • I propose Luke Burt!
  • You're not fooling anyone, you do realise that don't you Sinfool?
  • Just like the moderators put up with your endless blogs about why the board should sack Anderson over the last fortnight??

Contrary to popular belief Sinfool, this forum involves more than "discussing your feelings"!
  • ^^Typical village idiot
