Wonder if this was planned or un-expected?

I really do hope it was all his decision. He's a good man. Just not the best coach. Definitely have more respect for the man if he knew we deserved a better coach and stood down on his own volition.
A man of integrity.
Got runners up did he . He was an OK player if I remember not a grub either
Maybe not Mr Widders error but the clubs failure to supply him with a team to compete successfully. Indicative of this management's football nous.
Seth do you understand the circumstances.....I think they have not provided the support required and we need to do better, but I am not in a position to adjudge a failure.
The real question is how committed are we? how important is it from a perspective of football nous.
Maybe we need to understand the process better.
I think the fact that we don't have a NSW cup team was well covered recently as the main reason why we probably struggled.
We can't judge Deans coaching ability on the results of a team that was severely lacking in talent.
He was really on a hiding to nothing hanging around the joint if it wasn't fair dinkum about being professional.
It was the reason we lost most of our GF team from last year.
GF team 🤣
We have a HNWP as of next season to fix that issue. Unlike some of the NRLW clubs it seems like we're working backwards a little. Establish our pathways, then establish an elite team, then a HNWP last. Seems a bit weird but at least it's being established now and we have the same pathways for the women as we do for the men.
Sorry but what is HNWP?
