DCE signed with Sharks?

Not sure what has already been posted but the rumours seem to be getting strong that DCE has signed with sharks.

If true would this make Foran more likely to stay at Manly? - more money and would be the dominant half. 

Or would he go now the old team is breaking up

    My mail is very strong that Foran is about 99% done deal to the eels. Only thing that hasn't been done is a signed contract.
    So if DCE signs with sharks and we get Foran manly are screwed for years. Ha ha ha

    Sharks couldn't pull that off!!!
    They are completely a bought team.
    But none of there purchases have gone that well at all in past years.
    DCE is massively overrated in my opinion.

    Yeah but he's a pretty good club player. You don't buy players because they play well in rep teams. Jamie soward is the same.

    Nothing surprises me in rugby league, and it's the offseason....I can only hope we get Foran but I have doubts but am happy to be wrong. I cannot believe DCE would go to Cronulla, but guess Manly are losing players and age of players is an issue. It would hurt them but they would then be able to keep Foran with a huge boost in $$$$and the young half coming through is ok,
