Wither Ryan Matterson ruled out, BA has named Andrew Davey to make his NRL debut off the bench. All i can say is good on Andrew Davey, never giving up on his dream, terrific personality upon meeting him at fan days. And great call by BA to go with Davey instead of Alvaro as our back row depth is very thin, with options to sign next year being slim on experience and those who are would cost too much when not being used, therefore Davey will be a great cheap option for 2021 onwards. Though being 28, he could still very well have 4-5 of footy left in him, having someone in lower grades next year who has FG experience and wont break the bank is key and exactly what we need instead of using Alvaro who has peaked.

Still can't find anywhere official that they are out. will wait till 7.30 when he has to make changes official .
NRL.com is reporting that it is likely that Matto is out with a thumb injury.
Congrats Andrew, he'll probably grab his chance with both hands, and I like an older head on the field he probably will handle the occassion very well.
