He was the Gold Coast Titans’ marquee signing now Dave Taylor must find a new club or he will be playing for the Tweed Heads Seagulls. The enigmatic Taylor is all but guaranteed to leave the tourist strip at the end of this season, one year before his contract expires. The Gold Coast have formally told Taylor’s management he is not part of their 2016 plans and have offered him to rival NRL and Super League clubs. The former Origin backrower will not be taking a pay cut to leave even if it means he is a $500,000 Tweed Heads second rower.
Dave Taylor has the potential to be the best front rower in league. I wonder if BA would be contemplating making a play for him or maybe he is just damaged goods.
I think at his best he is exactly what we need.

From all reports he is too lazy and more than likely after stints at Brisbane, Souths and now GC he is a lost cause,
I think Parra has had a long history of buying players hoping to turn them around but it all ends in tears. My opinion is to look at our younger talent coming through and invest in them
Would come very cheap as Titans would have to pay the majority of his salary. Might be worth $50k a season and give him 12 months to prove his worth.
Can you imagine the headlines if Dave Taylor came to the Eels and continued his lazy arse approach to life.
'EELS DESTROY ANOTHER CAREER'.
It would definitely be put back onto Parra how crap he is.
We could even go after Tony Williams as well. Play them both in the 2nd row. It could be known as the greatest 2nd row combination never to fulfill their potential.
No way in hell!! Id rather sandow and thats saying alot.
The days are over where parra pay lazy peanuts heaps of cash to do nothing..... (I hope so anyways)
Another X factor.
When hes on hes devastating, but when hes not he's shite and thats most of the time now.
A bit no thank you.
