The Sunday Telegraph also reported on the recommendations from the coaching review that Duncan, Geoff Gerard and Paul Osborne conducted, which included: not to extend Anderson's contract; appoint a wrestling coach; address Anderson's communication skills with his staff; address the lack of player discipline and punctuality at training; more individual skill sessions; and the need for a better recruitment policy.
