"I reckon the Eels will win this game by 10+ If the Lomax court issue is on the 3rd ( not sure) the outcome ( hopefully/surely ) in Eels favour could have some 'mental' influence on the game depending on the outcome..On paper and trial form the Eels…"

He has yet to extend with the Bulldogs. Do you think we should have a red hot crack at him. Such a great player, versatile, kicker, goalkicker.Lots of positives....BUT could we afford him or attract him to Parra ??

There are other reports that his shoulder isn't a season ending injury but is cover for the "less convincing" mental health issues.
*not my personal opinion regarding mental health*
I agree Brett that mental health is nothing to be taken lightly. From the outside looking in though it does appear as though this was a last resort from the club. The club is in a hard position, how much leniency should it give to someone taking up 1.2 million dollars of it's cap space and also hold the position of club captain. They couldn't do nothing, issuing a breach would have only occurred if they were unable to resolve the issue in other ways. I'm confident that Foz will recover and get back to being his normal self again, and I hope it is at the Eels. What did Danny want though? Did he expect us to do nothing?? We would have been crucified for that position also ALA what has played out with Semi in recent times.
Ah the good old "Mental health" stand by.
Has anyone considered the Foz does have issues that are now Psycosomatic?
Psycosomatic conditions are real - they can develop debilitating physical symptoms which can be mistakenly diagnosed by doctors as the real infirmity.
One of the common conditions with a Psycosomatic disorder is "frozen shoulder"
This is a disgustingly painful condition that can last from 1 month to several years - dependent on the mental condition of the patient.
Now - if Foz has crossed the line of mental stability he may NEVER play again unless he can get over his mental issues.
The whole world suffers some form of mental illness, however most people can keep functioning at what appears to be a normal level without even knowing they are nut cases.
Just look at Snake and Poppa and you should be able to understand what I am saying here.
nothing article yet again figures being mentioned just so the wider NRL assume parra are over the cap.
Just more click bait
Brett - you claim to suffer mental illness to a "higher" degree so I will reply with respect and not slag you as you have done to me.
I got my information from people who deal (on a daily basis) with people suffering mental disorders.
The Psycosomatic disorder (for imaginary physical infirmities) is a well researched and documented condition.
People live in wheel chairs simply because their brain convinces the body it cannot walk.
Frozen shoulder is indeed a common (well documented) infirmity connected to Psycosomatic conditions.
Ignorance is defined by people like you who refuse to accept anything they do not agree with, or have thought of first, OR refuse to accept fact as being real (denial).
Do your own research or ask your therapist to explain it to you.
