Just cannot wait for the punch ups that he will cause in the team. It will bring so much comraderie. BA is apparently now an alcohol counsellor and psychologist. How many chances now? Yep, and it is not a good one. We surely cannot be that desperate as a Club? Over this bargain basement bullshit this Club continues to pursue whilst over paying under peformers like Dylan Brown. It has to stop. Complete lack of balance. I have posted it many times. How do we expect to succeed, when our current mentality is to purchase bargain basements and improve them, to let them go to other Clubs at a time when it truly counts? Honestly, if this is the approach of the Eels, yes, we have become a development Club. A development Club for the compeition teams that we are supposed to be opposed to. It is just diabolical.

The Bulldogs signed about 5 loose cannons and Manu Mau turned out alright after a stint in prison. I say sign him.
EE how do judge Dyllan Brown an underperformer when he is arguably the best defensive half/back in the competition and just happens to be our best attacking player outside of Moses.
If you are going to look at stats you are being sadly mislead, the player that gets credited with the try assists is the one that passed/kicked the ball prior to the scorer. Reed was repeatedly the link, just not the final one. If you cannot watch a game and see this, then don't both watching, just listen on the radio.
When you listen on the radio you will say Gee! Brown was involved in everything and then read the stats the next day and say, well that doesn't sound right. Yes he can go missing but when you stand wide and the forwards are head down and bum up and Moses runs the game, that can happen. With the exception of Moses and maybe Guth when he is not carrying his groin injury (most of last year) we haven't got another threatening back.....That will now start to change with the development of Penisini and Dumpster and hopefully a winger like Cotric.
So becasue we have nolthing better makes him an OK 5/8 ? Lame. That is the very problem. Yes he can defend, but aside from rare glimpses he has offeed jack shit in attack. Now compare him to the other numerous 5/8s in the comp and their attack. You are kidding yourself if you think he is worth anything remotely close to what we are paying him.
