Culture & Leadership

I did see this morning some photos and videos start to filter through of early Mad Monday celebrations and drinking. Don't know about you , but it's the last thing I want to see. I'm not saying that there shouldn't be Mad Monday celebrations, but after the year we've had , I would keep it all pretty low key, and instruct the players NOT to post any of this on social media. It can come across a bit disrespectful to the fans who have parted with their hard earned and endured poor discipline and respect for the Jersey and privileges (and big bucks) that come with it. Are the fans celebrating ??If I were Bernie I would have the boys under strict orders to show a bit of respect and think about the fans, but I guess that won't happen and there will be no leadership yet again. This is a true indication what is wrong with our great club

  • They are kids and do what kids do... Perhaps we as fans are a little more invested in the results than some of the players?
  • I couldn't give a shitt what they are doing now, but come November 1 onwards I know what I'd have them doing and that's train, train, train and then lay bricks for a month. Not a publicity stunt either. The hotter the better.

Whilst whipping the farkers. Stop you get a cigarette extinguished in your eye.

Cry you get stretched AND whipped.

    But that's just my opinion.

  • Maloney
    Luke
    Taupau

    That’s your leadership group
  • Parramatta finish on -176 and Manly finish on -122, points differential of 54 points, the irony.
  • The seasons over, the players can do absolutely whatever they want until Nov 1 when they report for pre-season (providing it isn’t illegal).

If I have a shit day or month or year at work, it doesn’t mean I can’t socialise, have fun and post about it.
  • Boy's need to get out a bit and forget this year. To what extent I do agree by not making it public. After all most on here spend there hard earn on memberships for crap. Time for the players to wake up a bit.

"Reserve graders or not, it doesn't really excuse the work rate for 50 minutes. Plenty of those reserve graders were playing for a contract."

"Big motor for a big bloke. It's the same with Tuivaiti, they both seem to keep coming with the ability to play big minutes. They'd both have to be 115kg plus. Not sure who the conditioning coach is but he's doing a good job on these young blokes."

"Assuming he is coming back from injury the reason to play him in reserves is to build up his match fitness. Will get to play longer minutes in that match."
