  Bull crap his not gonna retire if he gets a good contract we need to bring him to our club if parra shows no urgency to sign him then we are the dumbest club in the history of sports.

    It's us or the dogs. Talkin Sport (due to their bulldogs links) were obviously aware of this but were pushing the dogs and making out like that was the only real possibility.

  I remember thinking Jason Taylor was old when we signed him in 2001, he was only 30. They definitely play older now. I wish we could got him for a few more season's back then.

  I thought Kents comment on Foran was interesting, he stated that there is bad blood between Foran and Arthur, i know it's only Kent but it really is the first i have heard anything about Brads feelings on the whole thing, probably salt in the wounds knowing we could have kept Peats, he was cut up having to let him go

    And who'd blame BA. Foran stuffed our club IMO. Now he's back and all and sundry are waxing on about him....

    Kents right there from what ive heard, they had a big falling out.

    Remember when there was a leak about foran being called in and formally warned by BA?

    The leak hit the papers and Brad came out the next day and publicly stated nothing of the sort happened.

    Then Foran let the cat out of the bag that it had happened and Brad was shown up to be lying to attempt to play things down and keep them in house.

    Thats when the fallout really blew up as Foran knew we didnt want him any more.

  It appears that way! I guess at 34 at the end of this year and the fact that he's accomplished so much in the game focussing on his family appears his main priority. Perhaps some minor coaching gig later could be a possibility.
