  I'd say he's worth every dollar he wants, but I believe he's a done deal to the dogs (regardless of what he says)

  Whether he plays on (hopefully with us) or retires this guy is a class act. He is the only one out of the Storm big 3 who is not a niggling grub. He is all class in the press conference and during interviews. I had thought the same about Foran too but obviously he was found out but Cronk is the real deal. Can you imagine what he could do for our young player makers coming through?

    Agree ! We need a player of of this calibre and mentality ... FFS we have be searching for 30 years ... Foran didn't tick all the boxes at the time for various reasons ! ... If Cronk was to come aboard with Passion and Desire even for a short time given that he is 33 it would be great ... we need someone on the field to help us play smart !

  I'm kinda thinking the same as you mate. We haven't learnt from our last 1.2m or years gone by. He may play two games and get a season ending injury. RL is unpredictable with injuries lol a couple of days ago ppl on this site were saying brads been buying too many old players, we need fresh blood etc etc. It be good but for the price and age a huge risk that could back fire like years gone by

  Wouldn't be surprised if Cronk comes to the Eels for a couple of seasons as he has worked with Brad Arthur before so I think the Eels might be his first preference if he does decide to keep playing a bit longer.
