Criteria for EELS domination

I hope there is consultation amidst the rumours of Parra's prized acquisitions of late between the management, players and fans like us 'One Eyed Eel'ers'. My criteria for taking the title and holding it for a few years are:

1. get more players that will help Hindmarsh tackle,

2. get players who know where the tryline is and assist Hayne score tries,

3. get a dominant halves combination that controls the game and bamboozles the opposition, goimg forward always,

4.get forwards that go forward wide or near the play the ball area so Moimoi & Horo over-used,

5. get management that makes the hard decisions for the GOOD of the Blue & Gold Army!

The rest should be history...................

Good blog vlozy.

The club should maybe look at getting some of your boys from up there PNG. They run and hit hard, they love the game and with a bit of development, who knows.

there's an overhaul in game here at the moment with papua New Guineans calling for Adrian Lam's return and a reinstatement of the team that won the Pacific Cup last year. We all thought that a well-drilled team at the 4-Nations would actually be an opportunity for the players to market themselves but management woes definately had their negetive impact on the team as a whole! At this point; maybe the 'jukebox' Menzie Yere (Sheffield Eagles) stands out, but i say, give us another year to sort things out before we get back to where we were; and then market our Kumuls! Thanks for the vote of confidence!

All the teams have a pretty much even spread of the talent.
The difference between the last team and the first team in the NRL is minimal.
What makes that difference is between the ears of the players.
If the players are playing for each other and have a never say die attitude, they will win the majority of their matches.
Unfortaunately, this is also the goal of every team and whoever gets the head space of the players sorted out will win the title.

The dragons didnt win the title this year because they were better players, they won it because they believed that they were the better players.
