Ok, so I think it would be safe to assume that everyone has seen Phil's blog and that he will be away for 1 week. After chatting with a number of member's on this site there are some things that have to be dealt with. I know people like this as a free site so expressing your opinion is not frowned upon. However I ask people who have any problems with other members to notify a moderator and let them deal with it. No fighting in the cupboard.
I know people are going to have disagreements and differences of opinion but I ask that these differences are argued in a well-thought out and reasonable manner. If someone doesn't agree with you don't go and flat out abuse them.
Also, being a moderator is a thankless task. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't. If a moderator deletes a comment and you believe it's been incorrectly removed, message the moderator and inquire as to why. Don't go demanding an answer because it's not the way to go about it. If you ask a moderator reasonably you will more than likely get an answer.
We have over 3,000 members on this site but a very small minority are consistent contributors. When I ask why most of the response is the bullying and name-calling. Most of the people on this site aren't 12 or 13 years old so I ask that you act responsibly.
Phil is the only one who can ban but just because he is away does not mean you won't be banned. I will be compiling a list of anyone who deserves to be banned and sending him the list when he returns. Let's just get back to the footy because after all that's why we're all here. I don't like deleting comments but I will if I have to.

I believe it was due to his presence in the cupboard. He's in there a lot and knows a lot of the members in there. He's only ever banned one person in the cupboard.
Im only the cupboard mod, i have no power over anything on the main site, nor do i wish too..
My job is to delete the cupboard every night at midnight so there is no filth for members/new/junior/women etc to read in the morning and its my job to delete anything thats over the top or deal with any issues in there, too easy.
If anybody has an issue in the cupboard PM me or get me in private chat, ill sort it out, anything that happens on the main site see the other mods above, if you cant contact them, let me know and i will pass your issues on, cheers
