  How great was that to hear a bloke revving the team up, telling them to push up, giving them a serve in defence when they needed it and even better, giving it to the opposition when they stuffed up.
  
  For ANYONE who remembers when TIm Mannah was mic'd up last year, the difference was chalk and cheese.
  
  Yes, they are different styles of blokes.
  
  Norman is a cheeky bugger and a typical halves personality, while Mannah is a typical forward, hard running, tough.
  
  Timmy leads by example, but he's not the same "chat merchant"that Norman is.
  
  THIS is what we need, a bloke at the back talking it up like that .
