COREY NORMAN IS ALL PARAMATTA

Whilst many you will not support or like the idea, I believe, Corey Norman is Paramatta's number one player, even though he is out of sorts and form, he is has the ability of a 2009 Jarryd Hayne to turn our season around.

However, 2018 has not been a good year for Corey, we all must remember his 2016 and 2017 form was really good. He probably lost his way and has not really played the way we expected of him. If he finally founds his running game and produces some eye catching performances, can he be the one that can be shifted from 6 to 7 and allow Moses to shift from 7 to 6. Both are really good halves, and the eels has never had such great halves from recent memory.

Overall, I see Corey Norman as a Paramatta Eel, and he should have been given the captaincy, as this will ensure his performance is at a consistent level than the current crap we have from him. I hope and believe he should be given a chance to prove his worth when he comes back into the team from injury.

  • Agreed. He's easily as good as Hayne 2009. I'd say he's better.

    • Big day on the drink??
      • Yep - a big glass of sarcasm . . . . . . ahulp!!

  • GO PARA!

    • Chaukaman pharmaceutical companies must absolutely love you .

      • Lmao. Ritalin is the go

  • Captain isn't enough. I think we should reward Norman with the title of CEO and perhaps even Prime Minister. Whatever it is, we definitely need to reward his stupid behaviour.

  • Corey Norman played out of skin and was favorite to take out the 2016 Dally M player of the year award (until he got himself suspended for the last 8 rounds) ONLY because it was CONTRACT RENEWAL TIME. Since then, he hasn't played 2 good consecutive games except a few good games when Moses arrived mid 2017.
    • Your recall of Corey's form in '16 is exactly how I saw it, We Want.

Especially in a game in Townsville where we led with 10 to go. He was magnificent, but luck had it that he was sent to the Bin and sure enough we lost.

Shortly after, he injured his leg, and when he finally returned he went into cruize mode.

      He's stayed there ever since.

      It's a shame, a damn shame!

  • Maybe it’s the wake up call he needs
