  • I've heard that he is set to stay, and will be teamed up with his room mate Segs, possibly even before we take the field again.

My mail is that Norman and BA are very close and that Norman has a bit of growing up to do, but that the coach has confidence that he has a big future at the club going forward.

Could be totally wrong tho - it's just what I heard :)

    • If he has growing up to do, is bringing his "partner in crime" to the club the best solution? If we ended up with Seggy I'm hoping it's on a very, very slim contract and that Norman's potential contract also copped a walloping due to this latest business.

What Norman has shown with this is he's a risk off the field. At Parra we really, really need to be limiting those. As long as his contract has "keep your nose clean" clauses and is reflective of his new market value (which other clubs are going to want him after this latest drama).

    • I'm hearing segs will be playing in the English super league
    • I actually asked that question about Seggy when he wasn't named this week

He is off contract and and we are more then halfway through this years contract period. If Penrith want to get rid of him we may get him for the rest of this yr on the cheap

    • I'd guess your on the money Kram.

    •  Why in the ----did we force Nathan Peats out if we now need to sign a hooker for the remainder of 2016? The treatment of Peats was, and remains a gross error. What water hole has Cody Nelson poisoned that he is not tried as hooker?

    • As has been said I guess Peats wasn't in BA plans next yr and to get under the cap Peats was the unlucky player. For all we know Seggy could have been in BA plans for next yr all along
    • Growing up to do?

They guy is pushing 25-26. If he was 20 or 21 you would give him the benefit of the doubt but he's in his mid 20's.

You cant blame BA for trying to bring in a different culture. Lets just hope he is given the chance to do so.

    • The old magic undies. Got to love them.
  • I was wondering where Hastings would've fitted next year had we swapped him with a Gords . The most likely scenario would be a Foran / Hastings combo with Norman to get the chop . This was on the proviso that Princess was returning as FB of course .
